Can you tile large-format through open-plan living?
Yes, and it is most of the Ferny Grove work — the newer homes out here are built for it. Can the alfresco tile match the internal floor?

We want a walk-in shower with no hob. Is that a problem?
No, but it is all in the falls and the drain. A hobless shower relies entirely on the floor being formed to move water to the waste, because there is no lip to stop it. Done properly it is the best-looking option in a modern ensuite; done casually you get water on the bathroom floor.
