A standard bathroom is usually a handful of days on site once it starts — strip-out and prep, waterproofing with time to cure, then tiling, grouting and silicone. The variable is almost always tile availability, so getting selections locked in early keeps it moving.

Either. Most clients choose and buy their own tiles from a supplier they like, and we advise on quantities, setout and what will actually work in the space. If you would rather we handled it, we can point you to suppliers and take it from there.
